Mexico -San Cristobal – Now I am nearly a cowboy

Now when we went to Rancho Evergreen they had lots of puppies – they were sooo cute!! There was a man caled Sam and he had a daughter Cheyenne. Today we are going to the ranch again but not as many puppyies will be there today. Last time we went there was a lady called Heidi and she was very good at horse riding. When I had a turn at riding it was very very fun.

Now we are here and we are playing with the puppies. We went riding without any saddle, trotting, it was so much fun, then we continued playing with the puppies. When we went to bed, we nearly all slept in a tent but Zoe wanted to go to her bed. The next day when we went riding my horse kicked up his legs and I almost went tumbling off the horse but I managed to get myself back on – but then my horse went cantering up a steep hill and tossed me clean off and I was hanging on to the saddle and slipping off. My dad started shouting to hang on, meanwhile I was going under the horse, slowly it looked like I was going to get kicked by the horse’s shoe and my head on the floor then quickly fell off but gladly landed on my feet but had a big fright.

I got back on the horse and carried on for a little bit, then my horse continued cantering up and down and up and down until I fell off the horse again but more sudden – it felt like I was just riding on and a on and boom I was off . When we got back to the ranch I felt I had a story to tell everyone. I played and played and played with the puppies. Sam was saying that you need to fall off a horse 7 times to be a cowboy, so I am nearly a cowboy. We all liked Laura’s sister and she is sooo ticklish.
