When we went to see the tarantula hole on the nightwalk first Diego poked a stick down the hole to try and get it to come out but it didn’t budge and then he went to the other one and it still didn’t budge. After the night walk he tried again at both holes and it worked.

A huge hairy taranchula
At one of the trees there was hair and Diego said that children from some of the tribes use it for fake moustaches and dolls’ hair.

When we went on the night walk we saw a tiny little snake that Pablito saw, he is the son of the man who owns the hotel we are staying in.

Can you see the snake ? This is at night time?
When we went on one of our walks Diego was talking to my mum and dad. I saw a a Toucan and shouted Pelican! And then a minute later Diego saw it and said Toucan! However I said Pelican. My dad said it was ok because they both end with can.
On another of our night walks we found another nut. Diego made a jungle logo and asked Jemima if she wanted a print on her shirt, so she did and now it looks really cool.
One day Diego said we are going on a boat so we had breakfast and got on the boat. When we arrived there, we saw lots of little puppies and we went inside the hut we saw a lady with the same badge as Diego and I thought they knew each other. We started grating yucca for bread. When it was finished it looked like a big piece of poo. When we went to put it into a bit of material and twisted it and then when we took it out it was like flour. the lady spread it onto the pan and it set and we had bread.
