Ecuador – Otavalo – awesome birds

When we went to the condor park there were lots of birds of prey. There was a bird with an orange collar, it was beautiful. I got to hold an American kestrel – I got excited. They did not fly the condor because it would be too dangerous. But we did get to see it being fed. It did fly, that was good. When it was fed we saw it ripping the meat up into little bits; it was awesome. The condor has a 3m wingspan which is very big for a bird. The condor is really cool; it makes an awesome sound like this: woof woof woof. We also saw a bald headed eagle, it was really cool because it had a sloped, sharp, pointed beak.
