Ecuador – An Unlucky Day

Well today I had a really unlucky day because you see I have had a sore tooth for about a month on end which is really unfortunate. So mum told Dad to take me to the dentist and after to cut my hair, so we arrived at the dentist and sat down on the extremely comfy sofa chairs in the waiting room and watched some TV while dad filled in a form. When he had finished the dentist called me in for a check up.

The very bad news….

The dentist told me that my tooth was coming through and it had a cavity. He said” there’s no point in fixing up a cavity if that’s not going to fix the problem so there’s no point in spending money on that. I am sorry but Jemima is going to need her tooth out!!!” Dad told me I would need an injection, but I didn’t want an injection and even more I didnt like the sound of it. ”

A Lie….

The dentist told me he would only put liquid on the tooth but he gave me 5 injections! After that he pulled 2 teeth out. The first one didn’t  hurt, because it was wobbly but the second one did I because it wasn’t wobbly.
